Director - Restructuring

Strat-Bridge is partnered with a high value global strategy consultancy as they strengthen senior leadership within their Restructuring & Turnaround practice across Germany.

The team supports businesses through periods of transformation, turnaround and value creation, deploying senior leaders where rapid execution and measurable results are required.

Working alongside private equity investors, lenders, boards and management teams, you will lead operational improvement programmes, stabilise underperforming businesses and deliver complex transformation initiatives.

What They Are Looking For

• 12+ years professional experience, preferably combining consulting with senior operational leadership
• Strong background in restructuring, performance improvement, transformation and turnaround environments
• Experience working closely with boards, investors, lenders and other financial stakeholders during periods of significant change
• Strong commercial judgement, executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in German & English
