Responsibilities

Define and execute global service strategy to drive growth and profitability Own and develop the global service portfolio (contracts, spare parts, repairs, services) Lead pricing strategy and service business model development Drive service contract revenue, penetration, and renewal performance Ensure scalable processes and operational excellence across regions Develop service go-to-market strategies and support global sales enablement Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a global matrix organization Leverage data, market insights, and customer feedback to drive innovation and portfolio decisions

Qualifications

10+ years in service product management, service strategy, or commercial roles Strong experience with global service portfolios and pricing strategies Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and business transformation Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems in service environments Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proven experience driving results within a global matrix organization
