This position sits at the forefront of transformation within the Banking sector, helping leading financial institutions navigate strategic change, improve operational performance, adopt and scale AI, optimise costs, and build more resilient, customer-centric organisations .

Working closely with C-suite executives, you will lead complex transformation programmes spanning growth strategy, operational model transformation, digitization, banking modernization, AI and cost/efficiency topics .
