As a Designer for Reimbursement Support, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you. The Designer for Reimbursement Support facilitates the detailed design session(s) to collaborate with the client, internal stakeholders, and external partners, to successfully design and implement programs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate detailed design sessions and collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to design and implement programs.
- Lead and coordinate projects, serving as the primary point of contact for client program design and implementation.
- Gather operational and IT requirements to support program scoping, pricing, and implementation.
- Build design documentation in collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Develop and review recommended processes, systems, technology, and roles with clients.
- Submit work requests via the designated ticketing system to appropriate service owners.
- Partner with internal service and product owners to develop or configure implementation deliverables, ensuring adherence to the program or service design.
- Stay connected to operations and IT teams on process and system upgrades to ensure the latest technology is implemented in new client onboarding projects.
- Serve as a resource for program stakeholders responsible for implementation deliverables.
- Facilitate and lead the distribution of requirements to internal and external stakeholders responsible for completing implementation deliverables.
- Coordinate evaluation of custom requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with project managers to ensure adherence to deliverables and timelines.
- Obtain final approval and sign‑off for all program elements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct lessons learned and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful program designs.
- Integrate appropriate recommendations into best practices for future design management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of demonstrated strong program design performance or related responsibilities.
- Previous experience in Program Management, Patient Affordability/Market Access, Project Management, Solutions Delivery, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
- Firm understanding of Accumulator & Maximizer Solutions.
- Exceptional note‑taking skills to capture internal and external discussions for visibility to all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often with competing priorities.
- Ability to take responsibility for delivery from a diverse and often distributed team without formal authority; ability to interact collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills for self and project team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen to understand the value of good scope control as a key part of project execution.
- Skill in conflict resolution and building collaborative solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to sit for long periods, use hands to type, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
- Minimal flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
- Job operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
