Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive, confident, and professional speaking style

  • Ability to discuss challenges and opportunities in healthcare, finance, and real estate sectors
  • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously

  • We are seeking a highly communicative, persuasive, and commercially minded Discovery Call Specialist (AI & Software Solutions) to lead early-stage client conversations, qualify opportunities, and represent our company’s growing expertise in AI implementations, AI integrations, and software development solutions
  • This role is ideal for someone who excels in client-facing conversations, can quickly build trust, identify business needs, and communicate value clearly

  • The primary focus is on conducting discovery calls and qualifying leads, ensuring strong-fit opportunities move efficiently into the next phase of the sales process
  • Conduct discovery calls and identify qualified leads to move to the next stage of the sales process
  • Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner during prospect conversations
  • Clearly communicate how our services help businesses through AI automation, system integrations, custom software solutions, and other technology services
  • Create trust and credibility by highlighting our experience, quality of execution, and ability to deliver successful results
  • Maintain accurate opportunity notes and status updates in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with external marketing/outreach partners as neededProvide feedback from discovery calls to improve targeting, messaging, and lead quality
