Required

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding clerk.
• Relevant professional experience in the dispatching of truck traffic
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Safe handling of freight forwarding software and MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational skills and geographical knowledge
• High resilience, flexibility and problem-solving skills
• A customer- and service-oriented mindset
