Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Lokeinsätze and Rangiertätigkeiten, considering economic aspects.
• Organise employee assignments and engage service providers according to their qualifications.
• Handle unforeseen events such as train delays or staff absences in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
• Place orders for Fahrplantrassen and Anlagengleisen with DB Netz.
• Document relevant data and conduct analyses to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Education with a logistic or railway operational focus, e.g. "Kaufmann/-frau für Eisenbahn- und Straßenverkehr" or "Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung".
• Proficient use of MS Office 365 (desired).
• Practical experience in railway services is advantageous.
• Solution-oriented thinking, willingness to decide and work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
