District / Area Manager – Hamburg & Surrounding Area

Responsibilities

• You independently lead and coordinate a remote team of approximately 16–18 employees.
• You recruit motivated staff for your team who act as beeline’s representatives in the stores of our concession partners.
• You maintain relationships with our business partners.
• You optimize sales, costs, and points of sale (POS).
• You are responsible for store layout and assortment planning, profitability control, and visual merchandising.
• You maintain a strategic overview of your territory and ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager (m/f/d), or in a comparable role, preferably in retail.
• You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in business administration.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience; hiring, conducting employee reviews, and terminations are tasks you are familiar with.
• You are able to communicate in English to participate in international projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
