Overview

As DLT Solution Architect, you define the macro-level architecture for Clearstream’s DLT/tokenization platform within Europe and Asia. You will ensure high availability, security, and seamless integration with legacy systems, aligning with enterprise IT standards. You translate business needs into concrete designs and guide engineering teams to deliver a production-grade, resilient solution. You will work closely with Design Leads, Product Managers, and Security to turn digital asset vision into an enterprise-ready reality. This role offers impact across the digital asset value chain and collaboration with cross-functional experts.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead architectural blueprinting of the DLT/Tokenization platform with focus on availability, DR, scalability, and standards compliance
Design secure, low-latency integration between on-chain networks and off-chain legacy systems
Author and govern Technical Architecture Documents (TADs) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs); contribute to SDDs
Represent the DLT team in Architecture Review Meetings
Provide technical leadership by translating business requirements into actionable architectural epics and ensuring adherence to patterns

Zentrale Anforderungen

8+ years IT architecture and software engineering
3+ years architecting enterprise DLT/Blockchain solutions in production
Strong enterprise integration patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures (Kafka)
Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, schemas, API versioning, Camunda flows, and Kafka-based streaming
Knowledge of hybrid on-chain/off-chain integration, decentralized trust, data replication, and high-performance read/write oracles
Analytical, decisive with ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and document ADRs
Excellent communication to translate technical concepts to executives and engineers
University degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
