Company Overview

Our client is a global leader in electronic vaping technology. Its flagship brands focus on innovative vaping products and have built a strong reputation in international markets. To further expand its retail presence in Germany, we are currently looking for a motivated Vape Channel Business Ambassador / Field Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit vape shops and specialist vaping retailers within the assigned territory
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail customers
• Introduce new products and provide relevant product information to retail partners
• Identify and develop potential new vape-shop customers
• Support customer development and improve brand visibility at retail level
• Understand customer needs, product performance and local market developments
• Collect competitor information, pricing trends and market feedback
• Independently plan customer visits, driving routes and weekly field-sales activities
• Work closely with internal sales and market-development teams

Requirements:

• High motivation, initiative and a strong hands-on mindset are essential
• Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, account development or business development is preferred
• Experience in the vaping / e-cigarette industry is a strong advantage
• Experience working with vape shops, tobacco retailers or similar specialist retail channels is highly preferred
• German and English at B2 level or above
• Strong communication and customer relationship-management skills
• Willing to travel frequently by car within the assigned region
• Valid driving licence required
• Own vehicle preferred, or willingness to arrange transportation during the initial employment period
