Doctor interested in specializing in occupational health care

Terveystalo is looking for doctors interested in specialising in occupational health care to work in medical centre units and specialise in the Polku training programme. When specialisation rights are granted, you can complete the specialist physician degree in a tailored programme. The next application period is 1.9.2026 - 15.9.2026. If you do not yet have specialisation rights, you can get to know the field through the SILTA period under the guidance of an experienced occupational physician and a designated trainer. You can start working immediately.

Specialisation is possible in most occupational health sites. A personal trainer, regular weekly guidance, and weekly training ensure strong professional development. As a specialising doctor, you will be responsible for various client companies and perform holistic cooperation. We invest in orientation and well‑being at work. You can work full‑time or part‑time, as an employee or a professional practitioner, flexibly combining remote and on‑site work. You can also conduct research, for example, in the Occupational Health Researcher School.
