Document Solutions Team Lead

• Manage product or project documentation according to client requirements


• Oversee development and maintenance of project document systems


• Manage, maintain, and organize project document filing structures


• Oversee and manage a team of Documentation Specialists


• Conduct meetings and facilitate information flow between project members


• Coordinate document flow among preconstruction, engineering, quality and commissioning, field construction, and other departments


• Maintain document control standards, including version control


• Assist with process documentation alongside process and site subject matter experts


• Perform clerical typing duties to generate and update documents


• Manage timely distribution of latest-revision documentation


• Update and maintain project document control programs and software


• Coordinate development and distribution of project checklists, reports, and databases


• Generate and update project reports, checklists, and other documents using company software


• Manage timely completion of project documentation uploads


• Assist with document maintenance and project closeout


• Proofread documents for grammatical errors and formatting


• Verify equipment and asset naming against current construction drawings


• Engage in process improvement


• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or Associate degree is preferred


• 3-5 years of administrative experience


• 5 years of administrative experience or 3 years field experience in construction trades preferred


• Ability to read and comprehend project specifications, submittals, and construction drawings


• Travel: 0-25%


• Work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday; overtime may be required


• Ability to work any time on any day of the week to meet business needs


• Successful completion of a background and drug test
