## Domain Architect – Customer Service m|w|dApplyremote type: Hybridlocations: Güterslohtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R3173**Das ist die Aufgabe:*** Als Domain/Category Architect gestaltest und verantwortest du die IT-Architektur in Bezug auf die IT-Produkte im Customer Service und deren Integration mit anderen Produkten und Plattformen.* Auf der Basis der Architekturprinzipien, Standards und Governance-Strukturen, sorgst du für eine konsistente, zukunfts- und leistungsfähige Domain-Architektur zur bestmöglichen Digitalisierung der Business Prozesse im Customer Service* Zusammen mit den Solution Architekten der IT-Produkte im Customer Service entwickelst und verantwortest du die Domain Architektur-Roadmap und sorgst für eine Synchronisation mit den Plattform-Roadmaps* Du berätst die Solution Architekten bei der Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Produkte im Hinblick auf Architekturaspekte wie z.B. Integrierbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit sowie einem sicheren und performanten Betrieb.* In deiner Rolle berichtest du an den Domain / Category Owner der IT und arbeitest eng mit anderen Domain Architekten sowie dem Enterprise Architekturteam zusammen**Das überzeugt uns:*** Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Enterprise-, Domain- oder Solution Architecture sowie in der Gestaltung einer modernen, globalen und skalierbaren Applikationslandschaft.* Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen ERP-, Service- und Plattformarchitekturen sowie Erfahrung mit Technologien wie SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, IFS Field Service oder vergleichbaren Enterprise- Lösungen* Fundiertes Verständnis moderner KI-Technologien, KI-Systemarchitekturen und generativer KI-Lösungen.* Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen in nachhaltige Architektur-konzepte zu übersetzen und unterschiedliche Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen zu beraten.* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Auslandsreisen.### Why work here?For more than 125 years, Miele has been a family-owned, family-run company.
