During a proactive consultation, you will be convincing as a customer expert with distinctive expertise and will vividly convey our range of products.On site, you will take on the following tasks:* You actively contact customers as well as advise and sell standard products and services outside the Telekom Shop in selected local areas (Door2Door)* You bring customers to Telekom Shops by making appointments* You clarify critical customer orders in accordance with system specifications, including data maintenance* You are involved in product-specific sales promotion measures in the region**requirements** You have completed vocational training as well as specific task-related continuing education or relevant professional experience. As a result of professional experience, you already have specialist sales skills.You also have the following knowledge and skills:* Confident appearance and joy of selling* Knowledge of the Telekom product range or the willingness to acquire it* High level of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility and resilience* Sales and negotiation skills* Well-groomed appearance and polite mannersThis position is also available on a part-time basis.Severely disabled people are given priority if they are equally qualified.
