Dual Study Program – Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant dual full‑time study offered by DHBW Karlsruhe in partnership with Klinik Öschelbronn.

Program structure: 6 semesters of academic courses and quarterly clinical rotations in healthcare facilities.

Practice Internship for Medical Students

We invite medical students to gain practical experience through internships at Klinik Öschelbronn.

• Assist physicians in clinical care from admission through discharge note preparation.
• Follow patients to functional examinations.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient care workflow.

• Applicants should be in a medical degree program and willing to complete a clinical rotation.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, initiative, and teamwork abilities.

Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr (FSJ)

We offer a voluntary social year for youth interested in a career in nursing or social care.

• Complete an orientation and education year in a hospital setting.
• Support a coordinated team under a mentor.
• Receive an allowance and learn basic nursing tasks and hospital workflows.

• Must have completed compulsory schooling, not enrolled in a degree, and under 27 years of age.
• Show interest and motivation in caring for people, reliability, and good interpersonal conduct.
