E-Commerce Account Manager (m/f/d)

As a European partner and part of Shurtape Technologies LLC, we are a supplier of adhesive tapes for the professional painting trade, DIY/retail and industry. We supply sales and distribution outlets throughout Europe and have been impressing our customers with competent, individual advice and excellent service for over 55 years. We are looking for a talented, qualified and committed E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team.

What you do with us

• You build relationships with customers and maintain them in the long term.
• You analyze their needs and develop individual solutions.

Operational control:

• You look after our online stores and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You optimize existing marketplaces and support new partners during onboarding.
• You will be responsible for article management and optimization as well as order monitoring.

sales strategy:

You will further develop our online sales models and the product portfolio conceptually.

Analysis:

• You evaluate e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive recommendations for action.
• You identify optimization potential and implement targeted measures.

Your profile

• You have a degree in economics, a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• You are characterized by strong communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence.
• You convince through analytical and strategic thinking, paired with a high level of initiative and strong self-organization.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, goal orientation and enthusiasm for growth are among your strengths.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
