E-commerce Specialist

Stellenbeschreibung:

Create and maintain products: keep listings, variants, and flat files clean and up to date in the catalog.
Conduct keyword research for new and ongoing Amazon campaigns.
Assist in campaign management, monitoring bids, budgets, and campaign structure.
Handle Amazon cases and troubleshoot account issues when they arise.
Prepare and monitor FBE deliveries/shipments.
Contribute to AMC analyses, for example customer lifetime value or brand effects at the keyword level.
Prepare data and reports for the account managers.

Requirements

Completed vocational training as an E-commerce clerk/specialist or a comparable commercial/business qualification.
Initial experience with Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) or in online retail is a clear plus.
Accuracy with listings, data, and numbers—flat files and campaigns do not forgive mistakes.
Organized and independent work style. You take initiative and don’t need someone at your side for every step.
Willingness to collaborate behind the scenes with multiple people across different teams.
Confident German and solid English for working with Amazon interfaces.
