As E-Commerce Manager (Greece), you drive the DTC Greek site, collaborating with regional teams to execute the growth strategy. You will optimize merchandising, forecasting, pricing, and promotions to grow sales and profitability. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment to strengthen visibility and cross-selling across marketplaces. • Develop and implement the Greek DTC merchandising, trading and growth plan in collaboration with regional and global centers of excellence
• Coordinate cross-functional forecasting, stock allocation and demand signaling for accurate inventory management
• Execute trading plans to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment across product categories
• Manage promotional calendar including pricing, website discounts, and influencer-related offers
• Improve product visibility, placement, and cross-selling on the e-commerce platform and marketplaces
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, sales performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability
• Report on sales performance, KPIs and gross margin; present data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with regional/global D2C eCommerce teams to share best practices and drive process improvements

• Experience in D2C eCommerce
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies with profitability track record
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Proficient in data analysis tools/platforms such as Excel and Google Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
