EHS Manager (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Location: Greater Munich Metropolitan Area

Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of technology projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, aligning projects with overall business objectives
Establish clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure proper product readiness for serial production and drive the related transition(s) of new products into serial production
Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project success
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
Enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in the process of documenting technical best practice and standards for production

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific area with at least 5 years of work experience in project management
Demonstrated experience in management of complex projects in highly dynamic environment(s).
Project Management Certification, PMI, IPMA, PMP, … would be an advantage
Capability to review technical designs
Excellent interpersonal & networking skills
Analytical mindset
Very good communication and presentation skills on multiple organizational levels
Customer- and goal-oriented working style with a high degree of sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills in English
