Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Einkäufer*in (m/w/d) to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively participating in the development of the purchasing strategy, supporting the development and optimization of purchasing processes, and serving as a central point of contact for external service providers on a national and international level.

• Develop and optimize purchasing processes
• Act as a central point of contact for external service providers
• Support internal departments with their requirements and tendering processes
• Manage a portfolio of service providers, monitor market developments, and build trustworthy business relationships
• Negotiate framework agreements with service providers and suppliers
• Conduct active supplier management, evaluate services, and drive long-term development
• Prepare analyses and conduct market and product analyses to ensure competitiveness

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a completed commercial study or training, experience with purchasing-related topics, good English and MS-Office skills (particularly Excel), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
