Electrical Construction Manager - Data Centre

In this role you will lead electrical construction activities on high-impact life science and data center projects in the Frankfurt area. You will work with cross-functional teams, coordinate electrical trades, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will influence project delivery through close collaboration with engineers, subcontractors, and authorities. • Coordinate electrical trades and installations
• Collaborate with specialist engineers and subcontractors
• Develop and monitor project quality plans, benchmarks, and inspections
• Coordinate building acceptance with authorities based on inspections
• Verify invoices relative to site progress and prepare progress reports
• Oversee commissioning and quality checks of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations

• Bachelor in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum five years of relevant field experience, preferably on DPR Core Market projects
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling software; BIM software experience (ACC, Navisworks or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in German and English
• Proactive, hands-on approach and strong coordination and communication skills
