Electrical Design Engineer (CAD), Research & Development (m/f/d)

In this role you develop highly complex CAD-based electrical design concepts for semiconductor equipment, collaborating across R&D and production to drive quality and progress. You will shape technical solutions, from concept to documentation, and ensure timely delivery within a global, innovation-driven environment. • Collaborate on customer, R&D, CIP, and internal optimization projects
• Develop and evaluate technical concepts and designs, including specs and project planning input
• Create risk assessments, calculations, drawings, assembly/installation instructions, and technical documentation
• Own BOMs/parts lists, CAD models, and technical solutions ensuring quality and compliance
• Deliver work packages on time, manage priorities, escalate conflicts when required
• Support prototype build and testing, production, purchasing, and customer project execution with technical expertise

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in product development, mechanical engineering, and ideally the semiconductor industry
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and results-oriented approach
• High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure
• Focused, analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
