Electrical Designer / EPLAN (m/f/d)

Maschinenfabrik Herbert MEYER GmbH is an innovative family business that has specialized in special machines for technical textiles, carbon processing, composites, and vehicle interiors since 1949.

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the role of Electrical Designer / EPLAN.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Circuit diagram creation: Independent creation of electrical circuit diagrams.
• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of bills of materials, terminal diagrams, assembly plans, and cable overviews.
• Project support: Close collaboration with project management and the electrical assembly team to accurately implement technical specifications.
• Master data maintenance: Maintenance and expansion of article databases and macros in EPLAN to optimize design processes.
• Qualification: Completed vocational training, master craftsman, or technician in electrical engineering.
• Software: Solid practical experience with EPLAN Electric P8.
• Know‑how: Understanding of switching devices, sensor technology, and drive technology.
• Soft skills: Careful, structured work, teamwork, and reliability.
