As ourElectrical Drive & Controls Engineer , you'll help bring our solar thermal technology to life by developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining the electrical drive and control systems behind our innovative collector technology.

Working alongside Mechanical, Structural and Software Engineers, you'll play a hands‑on role in building prototypes, developing test benches, integrating electrical hardware with control software, and validating new solutions before they are deployed in industrial‑scale projects.

As ourElectrical Drive & Controls Engineer , you'll help bring our solar thermal technology to life by developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining the electrical drive and control systems behind our innovative collector technology.

Working alongside Mechanical, Structural and Software Engineers, you'll play a hands‑on role in building prototypes, developing test benches, integrating electrical hardware with control software, and validating new solutions before they are deployed in industrial‑scale projects.

What You'll Do

Build & Integrate Electrical Systems

• Support the development and integration of electrical drive systems for our solar thermal technology.
• Install, wire, commission, and maintain electrical and control components for prototypes and engineering test benches.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support Controls & Software Development

• Work closely with software and controls engineers to develop and validate drive and control systems.
• Integrate electrical hardware with control software for prototypes and test benches.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of drive and control systems during testing.
• Assist with functional testing and validation to ensure reliable system performance.

Develop and Maintain Test Systems

• Design, build, install, and maintain electrical systems for engineering test benches supporting the development and validation of our solar thermal components and subsystems.
• Prepare and execute functional testing of electrical drives, control systems, and other electromechanical components.
• Analyse test results and recommend improvements to system performance and reliability.

Collaborate Across Engineering

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve technical challenges.
• Support prototype assembly, commissioning, and field testing where required.
• Contribute to technical documentation, engineering standards, and continuous product improvement.
