Electrical Lead - Data Centre - Frankfurt

In Frankfurt, you will own the electrical scope for a large data centre construction, driving delivery to schedule, budget, and quality. You’ll work closely with design, BIM, and subcontractors to ensure robust electrical systems and commissioning. You’ll lead the on-site electrical team, maintaining German regulatory compliance and high safety standards. This role offers the chance to shape critical data centre infrastructure within a turnkey project environment.

• Full rotational package

• Take ownership of the electrical scope on a large-scale data centre project, delivering to milestones, cost controls, and quality standards
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, and earthing systems
• Coordinate with design consultants, BIM teams, M&E disciplines, subcontractors, and client representatives to manage interfaces
• Ensure electrical works comply with German regulations, project specs, and safety standards
• Lead, manage, and develop electrical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site to drive productivity and quality delivery

• Degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (including Data Centres)
• EU Passport or RTW in Germany preferred
