Electrical Product Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will spearhead the New Product Introduction for V93000 IC tester PCBs, bringing new boards into production on schedule. You’ll align hardware with external partners to optimize manufacturability and oversee changes from NPI to volume production across the supply chain. You’ll manage quality, changes, and technical supply chain processes to meet customer and business needs. This position offers the chance to drive manufacturing excellence and cost/quality improvements in a highly collaborative, international setting.

• Drive introduction of new PCBs into production on time
• Integrate supply chain requirements into hardware for efficient manufacturability with external partners
• Qualify changes in NPI and volume production and rollout to the supply chain
• Manage quality, product changes, and technical supply chain processes
• Provide technical guidance to peers and management
• Focus on manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, Development, Supply Chain, and Product Marketing in an international environment

• Bachelor or Master in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of development of printed circuit assemblies
• Broad experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes of high-level electronic assemblies
• Strong analytical problem solving and ownership in failure identification
• Pro-active mindset with ability to solve problems
• Ability to define schedules and meet timelines
• Good communication and team collaboration in English and German
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of time
