Electrical Product Engineer (m/f/d)

Our client is a globally operating technology leader developing highly sophisticated electronic systems. Their products support some of the world's most advanced chip manufacturers and play a key role in enabling next-generation technologies.

The company operates in an outsourced manufacturing environment , where products are developed and managed internally while production is carried out through a global network of contract manufacturing and EMS partners.

To strengthen the SoC Delivery organization, we are looking for an Electrical Product Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong background in electronics, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage complex electronic products throughout their entire product lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure successful transfer of new products into volume production.
• Drive technical product changes and manufacturing-related processes in a global supply chain environment.
• Collaborate closely with external Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and EMS partners.
• Support manufacturing process optimization, quality improvement initiatives, and cost reduction programs.
• Oversee technical aspects of PCB, PCBA, and electronic assembly manufacturing .
• Act as a key interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing partners.
• Contribute to the successful launch and ongoing support of new instruments and electronic assemblies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong foundation in electronics, electrical engineering, and electronic measurement technologies.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product industrialization.
• Solid understanding of PCB, PCBA, and printed circuit board manufacturing processes .
• Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes for complex electronic assemblies.
• Experience managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle .
• Familiarity with outsourced manufacturing models and collaboration with Contract Manufacturers / EMS providers .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands‑on mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German is considered an advantage.
