In this role you will lead the electrical delivery of a hyper-scale data centre project in Frankfurt, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality electrical systems from design through handover. You will integrate with MEP teams across a major European programme and report to senior leadership, influencing project outcomes and technical standards. • Manage the full electrical package on a large-scale hyper-scale data centre project
• Coordinate design development, procurement, and installation activities
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and adherence to specifications
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client standards, and industry best practice
• Plan and manage testing, inspection, and commissioning of all electrical systems
• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration
• Drive safety leadership and promote a culture of continuous improvement on site
• Provide leadership and technical direction to the electrical engineering and site delivery teams

• 8+ years’ experience in large-scale electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or lead engineer role
• Proven experience delivering data centre, high-tech industrial, or mission-critical projects over 50M
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV distribution systems, generators, UPS, switchgear, and critical power infrastructure
• Understanding of EU construction standards, safety regulations, and commissioning processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
