As part of the development of our activities in Germany, we are looking for a Project Quality Manager (H/F) .
Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify the conformity of electrical harness manufacturing (crimping, wiring, marking, protection, continuity checks, connectors) against technical definitions, drawings, and internal standards.
- Control and validate the installation of electrical harnesses inside helicopters , ensuring full compliance with routing requirements, fixation methods, mechanical interfaces, and environmental constraints.
- Read, analyze, and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and installation instructions .
- Perform quality inspections at various stages of production: incoming components, harness assembly, aircraft installation, and final integration.
- Identify, document, and follow up on non‑conformities throughout the manufacturing and installation process.
- Ensure proper application of quality procedures , customer requirements, and aerospace standards.
- Participate in technical reviews related to electrical harnesses and installation activities (conformity reviews, release reviews, progress checkpoints).
- Maintain accurate traceability of inspections and ensure the completeness of conformity documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection practices and production/installation processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- electrical harness installation on aircraft or helicopters, or
- quality inspection in the aerospace electrical wiring domain.
Strong knowledge of aerospace electrical harness manufacturing and installation techniques : crimping, splicing, connector assembly, protection, routing, and fastening.
Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering documentation (schematics, wiring diagrams, 3D routing, technical drawings).
Familiarity with aerospace standards related to wiring (EN/ASD standards, IPC/WHMA-A-620, etc.).
Experience in non‑conformity management and use of quality tools.
High level of rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
Fluent in German and in English
