As Electrical Supervisor for a 500m+ hyperscale data centre in Frankfurt, you will lead on-site electrical installation activities and ensure high safety and quality standards. You will coordinate on-site electrical teams, monitor progress, and support commissioning and handover. This role sits at the core of a turnkey data centre project within a growth-focused engineering contractor. • Supervise on-site electrical installation activities (HV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, generators)
• Coordinate on-site electricians and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and specification targets
• Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and work permits
• Monitor progress and quality, proactively resolving issues
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety procedures, and LOTO
• Support commissioning during testing, energisation, and handover
• Maintain records of work, inspections, and tests
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks to uphold safety and quality
• Liaise with project management and client representatives on progress and technical issues
• Promote safety, quality, and teamwork across electrical activities

• Experience supervising electrical installation activities on HV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, and generators
• Strong on-site leadership and coordination skills with electricians and subcontractors
• Familiarity with method statements, risk assessments, and permit processes
• Knowledge of safety standards and LOTO requirements
• Ability to support commissioning and handover activities
