As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

  • Analyze and evaluate design impacts associated with alternate designs or new components and vendors
  • Collaborate with validation teams on system/sub‑system plans for requirement traceability. This includes taking ownership of the requirements from definition through to comprehensive testing and verification
  • Proactively and independently solve routine problems, contributing meaningfully to team objectives
  • Work closely with the software team to define interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful integration of charging hardware and software systems
  • Analyze test data to identify performance trends and areas for optimization in electrical and power systems
  • Work closely with the design team to suggest and implement modifications that improve product performance, durability, and user satisfaction
  • Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, specifications, and test reports
  • As a highly skilled specialist, contribute to the development of concepts and techniques and complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways

  • Proficiency in using common languages for data analysis and leveraging AI tools as part of daily workflow

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing EV charging products or significant understanding of the EV charging space
  • Compliance experience with UL/IEEE/SAE standards is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in systems engineering within electric vehicle charging, power conversion equipment, and/or renewable energy (PV, energy storage)
