Technical Supervisor (Electrical) (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a hands-on Technical Supervisor to lead and support our team of technicians, while also staying actively involved in machine repairs—especially tackling the more complex problems. Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate and motivate a team of technicians (5–7 members) to ensure smooth operations

Act as the main contact person for complex technical issues

Organize and supervise machine shutdowns (diagnostics, inspections, planned upgrades)

Cooperate closely with the depot manager and lead technicians from other countries

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and maintenance schedules

Identify and implement improvements in processes, machine performance, and team efficiency

Requirements

Proven ability to lead or coordinate a technical team

At least 5 years of experience in a technical field

Qualification as a master craftsman or state-certified technician is an advantage (not mandatory)

Strong technical and mechanical skills; certified electrical qualification required

Hands-on and proactive problem-solving approach

Advanced knowledge of both German and English
