Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing, administering, and ensuring occupational safety on construction sites
2. Being the on-site contact for customers, assembly companies, and suppliers
3. Coordinating and monitoring appointments, materials, and companies on site
4. Creating reports, maintaining the construction diary, and identifying obstacles and disruptions
5. Monitoring contractual conditions, costs, and supporting claim management
6. Collaborating closely with project leaders and engineers

Qualifications include:

1. Vocational training in an electrical or utility industry profession, with further education such as bachelor, technician, or master craftsman
2. Leadership experience on construction sites (preferred)
3. Organized, efficient, and capable of working under deadlines
4. Strong communication skills and assertiveness
5. Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
6. Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
8. Team spirit, commitment, and independent work approach
