Licence: EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL credit
Type rating: Valid EMB 500/505
Medical: Class 1
Languages: Fluent German & English; ICAO English LPR Level 4+
Employment: Possible permanent employment

EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A) with ATPL credit
Valid EMB 500/505 type rating
Valid Class 1 Medical
Very good flying skills with a strong safety mindset
Fluent German and English (spoken and written); ICAO English Level 4 or higher
Category B driving licence
Valid passport with unrestricted validity
Readiness to perform under pressure; strong teamwork and personal responsibility

Well-groomed appearance and polite, professional manners

Operate the Phenom 300 as Captain or First Officer on executive and charter missions
Uphold safety, compliance, and performance in line with EASA regulations, company SOPs, and CRM best practices
Conduct thorough flight preparation, briefings, and performance calculations
Deliver a discreet, customer-oriented experience with professionalism
Collaborate closely with our experienced operations team within a fixed monthly deployment plan
Contribute to continuous improvement and support fleet growth
