EMEA Events & Marketing Specialist

In this role you will plan and run physical and digital events across Europe, Middle East and Africa, ensuring a consistent brand experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive attendee engagement and lead management from event registrations to post-event follow-up. You’ll contribute to digital marketing activities tied to events and help create compelling marketing assets. This is a hands-on position with on-site support at events and travel across the region, anchored in a collaborative marketing environment at Kornit Digital.

• Plan, coordinate and execute physical and digital events across EMEA (trade shows, conferences, webinars)
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, agencies, logistics, equipment and catering
• Support event registrations, invitations and attendee communications
• Travel to events across EMEA and provide on-site coordination and engagement with prospects
• Ensure a consistent, professional brand experience across touchpoints
• Support post-event activities including lead management and performance reporting
• Support creation and execution of digital campaigns linked to events and regional marketing
• Manage invitations, registrations, attendee information and event-generated leads in CRM/marketing systems
• Assist in the creation of marketing assets (invitations, presentations, signage, digital materials) and coordinate PR activities
• Perform general administrative tasks like invoicing

• 2–5 years in event management, marketing or related role
• Experience organizing physical events, ideally across multiple countries or internationally
• Experience with webinars and other digital event formats
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multiple deadlines
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation or email marketing platforms is an advantage
• Collaborative, hands-on working style
• Professional fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within EMEA
• Ability to work from Düsseldorf office
