EMEA Security Ops Leader - Strategy, People & Risk

Collectors Universe (Germany) GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Head of Security for EMEA to lead security operations across sites, manage a hybrid team, and align local initiatives with global strategy.

You will drive workforce planning, monitor KPIs and SLAs, develop policies, oversee surveillance and access control, and partner with HR, Legal, Facilities to ensure compliance. Travel domestically and internationally as needed; work onsite five days a week.
