Your Tasks

Acceptance and factual checking of customer orders in all standard forms and input into SAP
Coordination with customers, if necessary after consultation with the responsible sales employee
Creation of order confirmations
Monitoring and checking incoming orders, documentation and internal communication, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure optimal order processing
Preparation of invoices
Participation in the preparation of statistics and internal analyses
Training of new employees
Application of QM regulations

Your Profile

Commercial or job-related vocational training
At least 2 years of practical experience
Knowledge of commercial processing of project development in the automotive sector is an advantage or interest in familiarizing yourself with it quickly
Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
High organizational skills
Confident appearance
