Employee Production (M/F/D)

In this role you ensure timely, quality-focused production and contribute to achieving corporate goals through careful, teamwork-driven operations. You will monitor production facilities, report deviations, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You work closely with plant operators to maintain smooth processes and accurate documentation. Your role emphasizes reliability, safety, and cost-conscious use of materials, helping the team deliver consistent product quality.

• Operate and continuously monitor production facilities per work instructions
• Immediately report malfunctions or deviations to the manager
• Monitor product quality and quantity, perform self-checks, and participate in quality training
• Manufacture with careful, safe, and cost-conscious use of tools and materials
• Sort defective products and label according to criteria
• Report quality deviations to upstream and downstream areas
• Document all activities using prescribed forms and system entries
• Transfer relevant information to subsequent plant operators to ensure smooth production

• Willingness to work in 3- or 4-shift system
• High flexibility, commitment, and ability to work under pressure
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Beneficial: valid forklift license
