What You'll Do
In this strategic role, you will shape and implement the employee relations (ER), HR compliance, and risk management framework for Central Europe. As the central contact for complex and sensitive ER cases, you lead investigations, resolve issues, and advise leaders on challenging HR matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. You also oversee key HR processes, including case management and policy development, and work closely with HR Services, Legal, and Compliance to align practices, mitigate risks, and promote a fair, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.
- Conflict resolution: You effectively lead and manage workplace issues while ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and business alignment.
- Policy expertise: You develop and apply clear, compliant policies that guide behavior and decision‑making.

What You'll Bring
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Managing sensitive and complex employee relations cases, including investigations into misconduct, grievances, and interpersonal conflict.
- Identifying and mitigating workplace risks, drawing on internal data and external insights.
- Translating legal and compliance requirements into practical HR policies and processes.
- Enabling HR teams and people managers with tools, resources, and training to strengthen ER management.
- Using data and case trends to generate actionable insights and measure effectiveness of ER interventions.
- Building strong partnerships across HR, Legal, and business leadership as a trusted advisor.
You Bring (Experience and Qualifications)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in managing complex employee relations cases with legal implications.
- Preferred: knowledge of HR risk management and compliance practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance principles, and workplace risk frameworks across Central Europe.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to handle sensitive topics with clarity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English required; German is a strong plus.
Who You'll Work With
You will collaborate closely with HR Services, Legal, Compliance, and other HR teams across Central Europe. You’ll serve as a key advisor to employees, managers, and leadership, leading ER case management, resolving escalations, and driving policy and compliance alignment across the region.
