The successful candidate will act as a key advisor on employment law matters across Germany and the broader EMEA region. Responsibilities include providing practical legal advice on hiring, performance management, and terminations; drafting and negotiating employment agreements; developing internal HR policies; and managing employment litigation and disputes. The role also involves supporting M&A transactions and overseeing external legal counsel.
