Energy and Power System Architect (f/m/d)

In this role you represent NXP’s expertise in Energy & Power management to customers and define system solutions aligned to SDV needs. You will innovate across Energy Network, Power Conversion & Distribution, and engage OEMs to explore POC studies that demonstrate benefits of NXP products. You will build strong technical and management relationships with OEMs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to position end-to-end solutions.

• Represent NXP expertise in Energy & Power management to customers
• Define system solutions for future Energy & Power management meeting SDV requirements
• Innovate in Energy Network and Power Conversion & Distribution
• Engage with OEMs to define POC studies showcasing benefits of NXP products
• Build and maintain strong technical and management relationships with OEMs
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to define and implement solution positioning with collateral

• 8+ years in automotive market
• Experience in E/E architecture definition and development
• Knowledge of Energy Network and Power Conversion & Distribution and their impact on E/E architecture
• Strong track record with body control units, zonal ECUs
• History of engagement with automotive Tier1 and/or OEM
• Experience in hardware, software, and system solutions enabling car architecture evolution
• Strong business and technical acumen, customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
