Energy Storage Service Product Sales Regional Manager

As the Energy Storage O&M Service Product Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales engineers, responsible for formulating and driving the sales strategy for energy storage operation and maintenance service products within your designated region to achieve the company's overall business objectives. You are not only the primary person accountable for the team's performance but also a coach and enabler for team members. You must possess exceptional strategic vision, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration skills to establish and solidify the company's leadership position in service products within the rapidly evolving energy storage market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Target Management:
   Develop and decompose annual/quarterly sales targets, market strategies, and action plans for the assigned team based on the overall corporate strategy.
   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, collections, gross profit, and market share to ensure the comprehensive achievement of team goals.
2. Key Account & Ecosystem Management:
   Lead the establishment and maintenance of relationships with strategic key accounts,critical channel partners, and ecosystems. Personally engage in managing the sales cycle for major projects, resolving complex commercial issues to secure key orders.
   Gain deep insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer service needs within the assigned energy storage service market. Provide critical input for the positioning, pricing, packaging, and iterative upgrades of service products. Work closely with Product, Project Management, and Solutions departments to collaboratively build competitive service product portfolios.
3. Recruitment and Team Development:
   Be responsible for the recruitment, training, day-to-day management, and performance evaluation of the subordinate service sales team. Enhance the team's overall operational capability and individual professional expertise through effective coaching, motivation, and resource allocation, fostering a high-performance, highly cohesive sales force.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making & Forecasting:
   Establish and maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline analysis models. Regularly provide management with data-based business reviews and insights reports to support company-wide resource planning and strategic decision-making.
5. Compliance & Risk Control:
   Ensure all commercial activities of the team strictly comply with company policies and legal regulations. Establish and maintain effective risk prevention and control mechanisms, bearing ultimate management responsibility for contracts, compliance, and business ethics matters involving the team.

Qualifications

Must-to-Have

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales team management. Experience in selling and managing service-type products (O&M, SaaS, subscription services, etc.) is preferred.
3. Profound background in the energy storage, new energy, or power industry, with a deep understanding of energy storage system operation and maintenance, power plant asset management, and industry business models.
4. Demonstrated outstanding past performance record, having successfully led a team to achieve challenging sales targets.
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools for team management and business forecasting.
6. Fluent in English and Local Language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
