Engagement Manager in Cebu / 2 days ago

We are looking for a highly proactive, versatile, and relationship-driven Engagement Manager to join our dynamic creative and development teams. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and production departments, managing key accounts, driving retention, and ensuring successful project delivery from initial scoping to final handoff. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align resources and identify strategic opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our services.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Retention: Engage with active clients through emails and calls to build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high retention rates.
• Account Growth & Reactivation: Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients and proactively tap inactive accounts to touch-base and explore new opportunities.
• Revenue & Pipeline Management: Achieve growth goals set by the profit center heads and consistently review and monitor the opportunity pipeline and closed opportunities.
• Project Scoping & Estimations: Attend project scoping calls, consult with the production team to get accurate project estimates and timelines, and prepare quote documents.
• Bid Negotiation & Onboarding: Follow up on open/pending quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms to win project bids, and lead the onboarding process for new clients.
• Project Health & Collaboration: Issue project endorsements, work closely with production teams to ensure the healthy status of active projects, and facilitate client escalation complaints.
• Continuous Improvement: Organize postmortem sessions with internal teams to refine processes, address bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder of any course, preferably Computer or IT-related.
• Proven experience in Project Management and direct, hands-on interaction with offshore clients.
• Experienced in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a flexible, hands-on approach to the job.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and spoken English communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite on nightshift, 9PM-6AM Monday to Friday
