Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for outstanding professionals with expertise in the Retail & Consumer Goods sector to join our dynamic and vibrant team. Engagement Managers are the on‑scene leaders who run our projects day to day, guiding the team through an efficient problem‑solving process, developing bold, practical, and cohesive recommendations, and applying leadership at the strategic level. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong relational abilities, and a proven record of project leadership and stakeholder management.

Attributes and Experience

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or a similar organization) or from a strategy department or in‑house consulting.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Retail & Consumer Goods industry.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Willingness to travel part of the working week.
• Proactive initiative, a desire to learn new skills and to put your existing strengths to great use.
• Creative thinking: ready to develop novel ideas to solve complex client problems.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with an exceptionally talented team.
