Aufgaben

We are seeking a strategic and multilingual delivery leader to manage the execution of Enterprise Solutions programs - including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms - for the manufacturing clients across Germany. This leader will ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth through strong governance, cultural alignment, and stakeholder engagement in Germany.

• Lead delivery of enterprise technology programs across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms for manufacturing clients in Germany.
• Drive the integration of AI and GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience for the clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Support pre‑sales, RFP responses, and solutioning for new opportunities, including AI/GenAI‑led transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with delivery methodologies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage escalations, risks, and delivery KPIs across multiple client engagements.
• Build and mentor onsite teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Profil

• 20+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in a delivery leadership role in Germany.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) for manufacturing clients.
• Experience in implementing or managing AI/GenAI use cases within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing industry trends, compliance requirements, and digital transformation drivers.
• Experience managing multi‑country, multi‑vendor delivery programs in a global delivery model.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Delivery‑focused leader with strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and enterprise technologies.
• Strategic thinker with a client‑first mindset and ability to manage C‑level relationships.
• Experience working in global delivery models and managing cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI/GenAI‑driven transformation initiatives.
• Ideal background: Delivery Head, Enterprise Solutions Practice Lead, or Onsite Program Manager for Manufacturing clients in Germany.
• Exposure to multiple enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow) is essential.
• Experience with AI/GenAI integration in enterprise delivery is a strong advantage.
• Strong client‑facing experience and ability to manage complex delivery landscapes is a must.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) are preferred.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
