Engineering Manager – Data & AI (all genders)

In this role you lead and grow a high-performing Data & AI team, shaping our technical vision while contributing hands-on to projects. You drive state-of-the-art data platforms on Azure and Databricks, delivering impactful AI-enabled solutions for smarter decision-making. You partner with sales and clients to ensure successful outcomes and act as a trusted technical advisor. • Several years of experience in Data Engineering, AI, or Analytics with proven leadership
• Deep knowledge of Azure, Databricks, AI, and modern data architectures
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement, mentorship, and clear communication
• Fluent business-proficient German and English communication skills
