Engineering Manager, Entitlements & Spend Platform (Fully Remote)

• As the engineering manager for the Entitlements & Spend Platform team, you'll lead the engineers building the runtime layer between Orb's billing engine and customer workflows.


• This is a foundational team where you'll set technical direction, shape roadmap, and define interfaces for the rest of Orb.

In This Role You Will:

• Own the success and growth of the engineers on your team, run regular 1:1s, give actionable feedback, and tailor projects to development.


• Hold the bar on technical decisions, review architecture and design docs, and manage technical debt.


• Drive scoping, costing, and estimation, and lead high-quality QA.

About You:

• You have 6+ years in software engineering with 2+ years as an engineering manager or tech lead manager.


• You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing a team's foundations.
