Engineering Manager – Forecasting & Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Open an Engineering Manager role on the Forecasting and Scheduling team
• Build algorithms and user experiences to optimize staffing
• Set technical direction and make product decisions
• Partner closely with PM, design, and ML engineers
• Work directly with customers to ensure product efficacy

Requirements

• T-shaped leader with both high-level perspective and deep technical knowledge
• A great team builder: able to recruit high quality engineers and pitch the team vision
• Holds the bar high: accountable for delivering customer value quickly and effectively
• Champions technical investment: pays down debt and modernizes infrastructure
• Strong product instincts: knows what to build and can wear the PM hat
• Thoughtful about AI as a force multiplier
• Nice to have: background in operations research or an adjacent quantitative field
