Engineering Project Manager - Electrical (Rolling Stock)

As Electrical Engineering Project Lead in Hennigsdorf, you drive the electrical scope for rail projects, ensuring delivery within QCD targets. You will lead a cross-functional team and coordinate interfaces across international sites to align engineering deliverables with project goals. • Provide leadership to the electrical engineering project team
• Ensure on-time delivery of all electrical scope aligned with QCD targets
• Own electrical engineering deliverables from planning to execution
• Coordinate interfaces across cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders
• Drive stakeholder management across international engineering sites
• Ensure effective project execution through structured planning and risk management

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with technical leadership
• Experience in project management with structured and self-organized approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional and international environments
• Good understanding of electrical engineering, ideally in railway, automotive, or similar industries
• Experience with train systems, functions, and industrialization processes (e.g., cable harness design and manufacturing) is a plus
• Knowledge of CAD design tools is a plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
