Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of complex technical product initiatives across engineering, product management, and supply chain in an outsourced manufacturing context. You act as the central coordinator, ensuring alignment and timely delivery while balancing scope, budget, and quality. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to tackle risks and drive improvement, enabling scalable and compliant product delivery. This is an enabling, non-people-manager role that underpins successful programs and partnerships.

• Plan, execute, and close cross-functional technical and product projects
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
• Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and deviations
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget constraints
• Coordinate teams across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Quality, IT, and external network
• Serve as the central point of contact for project communication and reporting
• Facilitate alignment, escalation, and decision-making across stakeholders
• Support governance, documentation, audits, and quality checkpoints
• Manage risks, changes, and compliance considerations during the project lifecycle
• Establish and monitor project KPIs and dashboards for data-driven steering
• Drive continuous process improvement within standardized lifecycle governance

• Proven experience in project management within technical or engineering environments
• Strong capabilities in project planning, scheduling, and dependency management
• Solid experience in risk, change, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
• Experience working in outsourced manufacturing environments with external partners
• Experience in supply chain operations
